Chandan’s expertise spans strategic planning, team leadership, channel management, client acquisition, and portfolio management. He has held leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Piramal Capital, GNB India, and ICICI, where he delivered exceptional results, including setting up India’s first Third-Party Sales Unit for credit cards and significantly increasing in-house business contributions.

Chandan holds an MBA in Marketing and Insurance from MDU, Rohtak, and a BBA from the same institution. His vision for BiggPocket is to create a transformative ecosystem for MSMEs, fostering long-term relationships and financial inclusion.
