Join us as a Business Development Manager
As a BDM at BiggPocket, you will play a key role in connecting MSMEs with the financial support they need to scale. This is a client-facing, growth-oriented role ideal for early-career professionals ready to build strong sales acumen and business understanding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Property Brokers.
- Promote and sell tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of their clients and businesses.
- Conduct cold calls, walk-ins, and on-field client meetings to generate leads and conversions.
- Represent BiggPocket across various field locations in Delhi NCR.
- Learn hands-on under the guidance of experienced mentors in the fintech and financial services industry.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets through proactive client engagement and pipeline management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCom, BE, BTech, BSc, or Economics (Hons).
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in sales or related fields.
- Must be under 26 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client walk-ins, and fieldwork.
- Digitally savvy and proficient in using business productivity tools.
- Self-motivated, extroverted, and driven by performance and results.
- Passionate about building a career in sales, relationship management, and financial services.
